1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or using MyTarot.Day (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Service.
2. What MyTarot.Day is
MyTarot.Day generates a four-card tarot reading from the cards you pick yourself: the deck shuffles, opens into a fan on the page, and you click four cards to draw your reading. The reading is produced algorithmically; no human tarot reader is involved, and no two readings are guaranteed to be identical across visits or devices.
3. Entertainment and reflection only
The Service is provided for reflection and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and no decision of consequence — health, relationships, money, or otherwise — should be based solely on a reading generated here. If you're facing a serious decision or a difficult situation, please speak with a qualified professional instead of, or in addition to, using this site.
4. Who can use the Service
MyTarot.Day is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that's higher, to use the Service. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under that age has used the Service, please contact us.
5. Free to use, no account
MyTarot.Day is free to use, requires no account or sign-up, and we intend to keep it that way. We do not charge for readings. The Service is supported by advertising rather than fees — see Section 8 below.
6. Intellectual property
The MyTarot.Day name, logo, layout, original text, and site design belong to the P.San Team or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used to build a competing service without our written permission. Tarot card illustrations shown on the site are from the 1909 Rider–Waite–Smith deck, illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith, and are in the public domain in the United States. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the Service in your browser for your own use; automated scraping or bulk downloading of readings, card images, or site content is not permitted.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Service, please don't: attempt to disrupt or overload it; send automated, abusive, or unusually high volumes of requests; attempt to bypass any rate-limiting or security measure; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure without authorization; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or block access for anyone who does.
8. Advertising and third-party services
MyTarot.Day is supported by advertising and relies on third-party services to operate and improve the site, including Google-based analytics/tag management, Cloudflare (security and content delivery), and one or more display-advertising networks. These providers may set their own cookies or use similar technologies, under their own privacy policies, independent of MyTarot.Day. See our Privacy Policy for details on what's collected and by whom.
9. Third-party links
This site links to independent third-party sites, including our sister site MyZodiac.Day and the advertisers described above. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external site.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any reading is accurate, complete, or suited to your situation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the P.San Team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Service is free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which, for a free service, is typically zero) or (b) a nominal sum, to the extent your local law doesn't allow a full exclusion of liability.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the P.San Team harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws generally applicable to the operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first — we'll make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally before any other step is taken.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and the P.San Team regarding use of the Service, and supersede any earlier version of these terms.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a new feature, a new advertising or analytics provider, or a change in applicable law. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you don't agree with a change, please stop using the Service.
